This home was getting ready to be listed as a rental and they needed to clean the place up.  Originally we were called to do some pressure washing and the homeowner asked if it would be worth cleaning the fence.  She was getting quotes to replace the whole thing but explained how we could restore it by not only cleaning but also brightening the wood.
